A Rum-Rita Toast for a Fiery Twist
Ingredients:
60 ml Bacardí Mango Chilli
30 ml Lime Juice
20 ml Agave Syrup
10 ml Orange Juice
1 Lime Wheel
1 Whole Red Chili
Glassware: Old Fashioned
Garnish: Lime wheel (vertical) & red chili (horizontal)
Method:
Shake all liquid ingredients.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel and red chili.
Mango Chili Soda – A Sparkling Celebration
Ingredients:
60 ml Bacardí Mango Chilli
150 ml Chilled Soda Water
1 Lime Wheel
Glassware: Highball Glass
Garnish: Lime wheel (half submerged)
Method:
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Pour in Bacardí Mango Chilli, top with soda water.
Stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:
45 ml Reposado Tequila
30 ml Clarified Strawberry Shrub
5 ml Jalapeño Brine
Guntur Chili (to muddle)
Coriander Leaves (to muddle)
For the Clarified Strawberry Shrub:
100g Chopped Strawberries
100 ml Red Wine Vinegar
5g Whole Spices
60g Granulated Sugar
Method for Shrub:
Cook all ingredients until combined.
Strain using coffee filter paper.
Cocktail Method:
Muddle Guntur chili and coriander leaves.
Add all ingredients, shake well.
Fine strain over a clear ice cube.
Garnish with coriander salt and coriander sprig.

Ingredients:
60 ml Beefeater Gin
30 ml Rhubarb Cordial
1 bar spoon Rose Sacrum
10 ml Lime Juice
Sparkling Wine (to top)
Dehydrated Rose Petal (for garnish)
Method:
Shake gin, rhubarb cordial, rose sacrum, and lime juice with ice.
Double strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a dehydrated rose petal.
