Ariana Grande, who is having the time of her life amidst Wicked release, shocked her fans with a recent tour update.
Following the speculations about the Thank U, Next singer’s 2025 concert tour through her fans, the Republic Records on X (previously Twitter) addressed the rumors on behalf of Grande.
“There are no plans for a tour next year, but Ariana remains deeply appreciative of her fans and all their continued love, support and excitement.”
Arianators were deeply let down as they were looking forward to seeing the 31-year-old performing in support of her seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine, which was released on March 8, 2024.
One bitterly angry fan wrote, “Y’all ain’t sh*t, can’t support Ariana’s career and can’t do NOTHING for her fans. A joke of a label for real.”
Another commented with three broken heart emojis.
While one echoed, “I knew it was too good to be true UGHHHHHHHHH.”
Previously, during the film promotions, Grande talked about the shift in her career saying, “It’s gonna scare the absolute s— out of my fans.”
While explaining her revived interest in acting, the 31-year-old star said that she will “always going to be making more music,” but it won’t be “at the rate [she’s] been doing it for the past 10 years.”
Grande stars alongside Cynthia Erivo in Wicked, which has been running in theatres since November 22, 2024. The second part is set to be released on November 26, 2025.
