NEW DELHI: Haryana’s Yashvardhan Dalal achieved a remarkable feat by striking 58 boundaries whilst scoring an unbeaten quadruple century against Mumbai in their Col. CK Nayudu Trophy encounter on Saturday.
His outstanding innings of 426 not out established a new tournament record, surpassing the previous highest individual score of 312, set by Uttar Pradesh’s Sameer Rizvi in the last season.
At the Gurugram Cricket Ground in Sultanpur, Haryana, Dalal’s exceptional performance included 46 fours and 12 sixes, leaving Mumbai struggling throughout the second day’s play.
