Marinades are an easy way to infuse big flavor into any meal, transforming simple ingredients into something delicious. A well-balanced marinade typically includes an acid, like citrus or vinegar, along with oil, herbs, and spices to enhance taste and texture. For a zesty option, try combining lemon juice, garlic, and herbs. For a hint of sweetness and richness, add honey or brown sugar along with spices. Marinades work well with meats, vegetables, tofu, or seafood, allowing flavors to soak in and create depth. Whether grilled, baked, or sautéed, a good marinade can elevate any dish with minimal effort.
