Despite a summer head injury caused by a horse kick, which led to hospitalisation and cancelled appearances, Anne remained dedicated, often stepping in for her brother, King Charles III, following his cancer diagnosis in February. Her engagement count rose by 2.4% compared to 2023, according to Reboot Online research.

Princess Anne maintained her strong commitment to animal welfare in 2024. On December 11, she returned to public duties after recovering from a head injury, attending the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) National Championships to honor coaches and volunteers.
